Collection
BOZAR holds an important collection of original drawings by Victor Horta, since the institution is housed in a building by this Belgian Art Nouveau architect. These drawings and correspondance files concern exclusively the commission and realisation of the building. Since 2007 we occasionally have been accepting new pieces in our archives (e.g. a model by Office Kersten Geers David Van Severen, photographies by Filip Dujardin), without having the ambition to constitute a specific architecture collection.

Collection Policy
Apart from archives of the building we have no ambition to constitute a specific architecture collection at BOZAR.

Opening Hours
10:00 - 18:00 (tuesday - sunday), 10- 21:00 (thursday)

Library
BOZAR has a large collection of books in the archives in relation to the exhibited artists since 1928.

Exhibition
The Centre for Fine Arts Brussels (BOZAR) is the most important Belgian cultural institution with both several big exhibition circuits (3000 sm) and several auditoriums: a concert hall (2100 seats), a music chamber hall (480 seats) and a small theater (210 seats). BOZAR ARCHITECTURE is part of the Exhibitions department and focuses on the reflection and mediation of architecture through thematic and monographical exhibitions, debates, lectures and publications. In the recent past BOZAR ARCHITECTURE made exhibitions in coproduction with Whitechapel Gallery in London, Arc-en-Rêve in Bordeaux, AA Gallery in London and Cité du Patrimoine in Paris.
