People: Architekturmuseum Basel appoints Francesca Ferguson as new director

The Architekturmuseum in Basel announces the appointment of Francesca Ferguson to the position of director of the of the Architekturmuseums in Basel. Francesca Ferguson was curator of the German Pavilion at the last Architecture Biennale 2004. Since 2002 she is the artistic director for Urban Drift an transcultural platform for new tendencies in Architecture, Design and Urbanism in Berlin. Francesca Ferguson will assume her new position in the middle of 2006.
