No registration will be confirmed without the corresponding payment.
In reception of your registration form, we will send you back by e-mail an official confirmation, an invoice and a hotel deposit statement if you have booked a room with us.

hotel booking
The payment of deposit for the whole stay must be made within 1 week in reception of the hotel deposit statement. The payment of the balance of the "extras" (laundry, mini-bar, telephone…) must be made by you at the hotel’s reception before your departure.
In return, you will be given at your check out an invoice based on your entire stay and also the additional bills (laundry, mini-bar, telephone…) charged on behalf of the hotel including VAT.

pre-tour
The rate is applicable if 30 persons register for this tour. Maximum number of participants is limited to 40.
post-tour
The rate is applicable if a minimum of 20 people register for this tour. Maximum number of participants is limited to 30
IMPORTANT: The post-tour ends in Lyon. The trip back to Paris is not included. Drinks not included.
