Rooms have been reserved in various hotels and special rates have been obtained for the conference participants.

For all hotel and tour reservations the internet registration form must be completed by pressing the confirm button at the end of the registration. A confirmation will be visible on your computer which you can save or print out. An e-mail confirmation will automatically be sent to your e-mail address. Note that the registration is not valid before the payment has been registered at the official travel agency.
If the desired accommodation is fully booked, the best alternative will be presented to you.

Above rates are per room per night and include bed, breakfast and taxes. These special rates will also be applied to any pre- or post-meeting extensions of stay if available.
Accommodation in hotels other than the ones listed above can be arranged on request.

In order to serve you as best as possible, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that due to the numerous national and international events taking place in Paris in may 2010, to guarantee accommodation, early bookings are of utmost importance. After 26 April 2010 booking requests will be wait-listed and placed as hotel availability occurs.
post conference accommodation
We have reserved a smaller amount of rooms in in the same hotels/hostels listed above for 3 – 4 June. Please make a note under special requests if you will require an extra overnight stay in either of these places.

Payments can be made in one of the following ways:
1. Money transfer to the bank account above.

2. Credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
Note: By money transfer make sure the invoice number follows the payment. We need the secure code (3 digits at the back of the credit card) to charge the card.
All bank charges, including those of the French or other intermediary banks, must be borne by the registrant and not by the beneficiary. We can apply a service charge of €30.00 for foreign check or bank transfer.
Copies of your bank’s documents related to the above money transfers can be required, if there are difficulties in identifying your payment.
